A lovely rare and lightly used antique/vintage item. There is a clear "S.F. & Co ENGLAND ROYAL DEVON" marking on the back. S. Fielding & Co later became known as Crown Devon. Their pottery was at the Railway Works in Stoke-on-Trent, which was renamed the Devon Pottery after 1921. One pinpoint visible mark/chip at the back (see last photograph) and otherwise in a very good condition as shown in the photographs. Height 10.2 cm. Width across 23.5 cm.
