An iconic large giraffe carafe by Chance Glass who made this type of Fiestaware from the 1920's to the 70's. This pattern is known as Calypto and was designed by Michael Harris in 1959. Beautiful shape … also serves well as a vase ! A little wear on the gilt at the rim but no chips or cracks it’s a lovely and practical piece . Height 12 inches Width at widest point at base just under 5 inches
